Smoky quartz brings calm and positive energy when travelling. It protects against the hostile elements. When you are in a very bad mood, hold this stone in your hand for a few minutes; it may make your bad mood go away.

Turquoise has been used since ancient times to make amulets for protection and healing. According to legend, it changes colour to warn its owner of betrayal or danger. In every era, warriors chose it as a talisman full of energy. It protects against misfortune and accidents, and also helps you get your bearings quickly. It is especially helpful when travelling to places yet to be discovered. Turquoise is probably one of the oldest stones used by people, and it has been, and still is, valued in many cultures. Turquoise beads dating from 5000 BC have been found in Iraq. The Egyptians were mining turquoise in the Sinai as early as 3200 BC.
